We want you to love your ride, but if your Penny skateboard isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returns must be in brand-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Board
Securely place the unused skateboard in its original shipping box, ensuring all protective wrap and tags are still attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse confirms the board's condition.
